Ross has over 10 years of electrical experience, specialising in installations and testing. Having worked for large electrical companies, Ross set up RDM Electrical in early 2019. He oversees all our projects and with his extensive knowledge and excellent customer relation skills, he has developed the company into a highly reputable, quality-driven competitor within the M&E sector.


James McLaughlin
Director
James has a background in the data cabling industry, with over 15 years of experience and another successful business in his portfolio, he has added extensive value to RDM in its’ early years. His already existing relationships with trusted commercial partners have provided a solid foundation for the business and has enabled steady growth over the past 2 years, enabling the company to become direct suppliers to several key commercial contractors. He is also responsible for the pricing and tendering of jobs within our commercial services department.
Claire Martin
Business Development/Office Manager
Claire joined the team after completing a PhD at the University of Strathclyde. Her background is working predominantly in project management and customer service roles. The combination of her organisational, analytical and communication skills has set an extremely high standard in terms of client relations, ensuring our customers receive only the best quality service from start to finish. She also has a key focus on developing the business by growing relationships with new and existing clients in her business development role.

The Team
We have a diverse set of engineers as part of our team. From experienced 18th Edition (BS 7671) electricians with 2391 Inspection & Testing qualifications, to electrical apprentices, labourers and data cabling engineers, we pride ourselves in having a diverse skills set and a real focus on training and education of our staff.
All our engineers have IPAF and ECS/CSCS cards to ensure they are complaint on your premises along with GDPR and asbestos awareness training.
We also carry out regular quality checks to make sure customers receive consistent excellent customer service.
